- Prepare and assemble all your ingredients.
Cook Garlic, Scallions, and Eggs
- Heat wok or pan over high heat. Pour in oil, stir the garlic and scallions together, add eggs, stir quickly to scramble garlic and scallions together.
Add Rice and Seasonings
- Stir in rice then add a generous amount of soy sauce, stir together again and drizzle with sesame oil and toss all together one last time.
Serve Hot
- Top with fresh cracked black pepper and serve hot.
