  • Cooked rice
  • Oil of choice
  • Soy sauce
  • Sesame oil
  • 2 eggs
  • Fresh cracked black pepper
  • Garlic
  • Scallions

Get Cooking

  1. Prepare Ingredients

    • Prepare and assemble all your ingredients.
  2. Cook Garlic, Scallions, and Eggs

    • Heat wok or pan over high heat. Pour in oil, stir the garlic and scallions together, add eggs, stir quickly to scramble garlic and scallions together.
  3. Add Rice and Seasonings

    • Stir in rice then add a generous amount of soy sauce, stir together again and drizzle with sesame oil and toss all together one last time.
  4. Serve Hot

    • Top with fresh cracked black pepper and serve hot.
