Ingredients

  • Tortilla
  • Oil of your choice
  • Hash browns
  • Soft scrambled eggs
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Hot sauce
  • Add bacon or chorizo
  • Avocado

Get Cooking

Step 1: Prepare the Egg Mixture

  • Crack eggs into a bowl with salt and pepper, stir together, and set aside

Step 2: Cook the Meat

  • Cook your meat of choice and set aside

Step 3: Cook the Hash Browns

  • Heat a pan with oil and cook your hash browns, then set aside with your other cooked items

Step 4: Scramble the Eggs

  • Heat a non-stick pan with oil, add in eggs, and begin to scramble them

Step 5: Assemble the Burrito

  • Heat up your tortilla, once heated, assemble your burrito with your cooked meat, hash browns, and eggs
  • Top with shredded cheddar cheese, hot sauce, and diced avocado (if desired)
